What do the different ticket statuses mean?

Tickets can have various statuses, such as Open, In Progress, On Hold, and Closed. 'Open' means the ticket is new and awaiting a response. 'In Progress' means an agent is actively working on it. 'On Hold' means we're waiting for more information from you or another party. 'Closed' means the issue has been resolved.
